The system consolidates these inputs to provide organisations with structured insights, dashboards and governance reporting designed to support psychosocial risk management and due diligence.

The platform is designed to replace fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a unified and auditable system for managing psychosocial safety risks.

 

4. Surveys and Assessments

Organisations using Humn services may invite employees or workers to participate in surveys or assessments that help identify workplace risks and organisational factors influencing psychosocial safety.

These surveys may:

• assess workplace risk factors
• support consultation with workers
• help organisations identify and manage psychosocial hazards
• generate aggregated insights for leadership and governance reporting

Survey responses may be analysed individually or in aggregated form depending on the purpose of the assessment and organisational configuration.
